Shipping Policy-Before submitting your order please make sure your address is correct including adding Suite numbers. Failure to do so may result in extra shipping charges. Please note that Hayes Instrument is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been scanned and delivered by the carrier. Shipping and taxes may vary from the original estimate. For credit card users, your card will not be charged at the time of placing this order. It will only be authorized. The shipping cost will be accurately determined when we package and weigh the items, and your credit card will be charged accordingly.
Return Policy- At Hayes Instrument we offer a 7-day return policy. All returns will require an RMA number. You can request an RMA by reaching out to customer service at 931-684-0555 or emailing [email protected]. When returning an item send back in original packaging with the item still being in new condition. We will issue a refund of the purchase price. Customers may be responsible for shipping and/or a 15% restocking fee.
